Lucas Hahn is a Business Builder and the founder of LEAN Unleashed, a coaching and consulting business focused on lean thinking and continuous improvement. After more than 25 years of leadership experience in engineering and construction, Lucas stepped out on his own to help organizations improve how they operate, lead, and grow by applying proven lean principles beyond the shop floor.

Today, Lucas works directly with business owners, leaders, and teams to clarify what success looks like, identify inefficiencies, and build practical systems that improve flow, quality, safety, and team alignment. He offers coaching and training for organizations to create repeatable processes and habits that lead to sustainable improvements with a lasting difference.
