Having a location in Schuylkill County that is separated from your home life, your employees, and your local community allows for a clear headspace. Take a walk through the woods, our pastures, or along the stream. Return to the whiteboard to add solutions, then sit with your team to see what they have come up with. Business Builders (Mastermind Group)
The Business Builders are the life blood of Business Builder Camp. Each one brings so much to the community. We impact each other's businesses every week by holding each other accountable and encouraging each other. We focus on each other's businesses to ensure no one is missed or overlooked. Over time our mastermind groups have developed into a family of business owners.
While we have a set time for our mastermind groups, it is common for some Business Builders to meet with each other one-on-one when someone else is working through a similar challenge, or an difficulty that another mastermind has experience with. Two Hour Power Session
At our two-hour power session, we will work through a specific challenge you are facing in your business or personal life. Many of our Business Builders who are within our mastermind groups will schedule a 2-hour power session for specific challenges; a key employee quits, their business is experiencing turmoil within the market, there is a lack of work life balance that is hurting their personal life. These two-hour sessions are designed for you to discuss the clear and present challenge and work through a variety of options. A decision doesn't have to be made, but clarity will come through conversation on the topic.
One Hour Zoom Coaching and Consulting Session with Wayne $750

WAYNE HERRING
To say that I get it is an understatement. I have lived and worked through the good times and bad as a business owner, husband, parent and provider.
I grew up with strong role models who had entrepreneurship running through their blood. I learned from them - the good and the bad. But all of that didn’t stop me from making my own set of mistakes. I still had to make and learn from my own, sometimes catastrophic, errors of judgement.
Now, I am building a business just like you. I am proud of the growth I’ve accomplished within myself and my business. I also know that my growth is a journey, not a destination and that I need mentors, team members, coaches, and trusted friends to help me stay the course.
