Meet Brian
Brian Welch is a Business Builder. A lifelong entrepreneur and Eagle Scout, Brian has been building businesses since graduating from Holy Name in 1994. He is the kind of leader who believes hard work and service go hand in hand. With a strong sense of responsibility and a steady, grounded approach, Brian has built his life around creating value, leading well, and giving back to the people around him.
Brian is a proud husband and father of two boys, and family is clearly at the center of who he is. He cares deeply about investing in the next generation, both at home and in his community. That shows up in his leadership as Scoutmaster of Troop 597, his service as Treasurer for the Amity Lions Club and Boone Area Library, and his belief that good business leaders should make time to serve others.
Professionally, Brian brings decades of entrepreneurial experience and practical wisdom. He has worn the business owner hat for many years and now brings that same builder mentality into his work with Improve & Grow. He understands what it means to lead, solve problems, and stay committed for the long haul. He is not someone chasing an easy road. He is someone who enjoys building meaningful things and staying engaged.
Brian's Personal Life
Outside of work and service, Brian enjoys camping, hiking, board games, Dungeons and Dragons, Warhammer, homebrewing, cheesemaking, raising chickens, and spending time with family. He brings a fun, down-to-earth personality to everything he does, and he seems to genuinely enjoy life while still taking his responsibilities seriously.
