Business Builder Camp is a mastermind for business-owning men who still believe in hard work, grit, and doing things the right way. We meet weekly for accountability, real conversations, and clear next steps. No fluff. No posturing. Just men building better companies—and better lives. Over time, this stops feeling like a “group” and starts feeling like your crew.
Inside the mastermind, you’ll get coached weekly by Wayne alongside a small group of committed owners. We work on the real issues—leadership, team, sales, finances, execution, and the pressure that comes with carrying the load. You’ll leave each session clearer, more focused, and moving forward.
Mastermind members gather in person at least once a year (up to times) at live camp, deepening relationships and momentum that make the weekly work stick. We build and follow up on 120 day strategy plans at live camp.

Virtual Campfire is our free, weekly gathering for Business Builders.
It’s where Business Builders from across the Camp community connect, learn, and grow—together.
Some campfires (zoom based) are focused and intensive around one clear topic. Others are open, real-world conversations where business owners share what’s happening right now, ask for input, and walk away with practical next steps.
Each week is led by someone with hard-earned experience—sometimes a Business Builder, sometimes an outside specialist—bringing tools, strategies, and perspectives you can put to work immediately in your business and life.

WAYNE HERRING
To say that I get it is an understatement. I have lived and worked through the good times and bad as a business owner, husband, parent and provider.
I grew up with strong role models who had entrepreneurship running through their blood. I learned from them - the good and the bad. But all of that didn’t stop me from making my own set of mistakes. I still had to make and learn from my own, sometimes catastrophic, errors of judgement.
Now, I am building a business just like you. I am proud of the growth I’ve accomplished within myself and my business. I also know that my growth is a journey, not a destination and that I need mentors, team members, coaches, and trusted friends to help me stay the course.
