Hi, I'm Wayne Herring and I'm the founder and head coach of the Business Builders. Business Builder Camp is my community that I dreamed of forming...it is essentially the life and work I love.
I just joined Dan Miller's Eaglepreneur group back in June and it was such a pleasure to meet Dan live and in person in October at his home in Florida. The Eaglepreneurs are such a fantastic group of creators and business owners and I felt at home with them immediately.
The Business Builder Camp community is similar. We gather on zoom weekly in small groups of 5-7 business owners, which we call Builders. I serve as coach and facilitator of the mastermind. We create a business growth plan every 120-ish days (3x/year) and we get clear on our vision and on the growth projects we want to complete over the next 4 months.

Our gatherings are live and in person and generally involve a campfire and laughter and tears and good food. We talk about children and our marriage and our health alongside business growth challenges and business growth dreams.
The Builder Groups currently number 4 - a men's group, a women's group (plus me), and a coed group that is just forming. We do have at least one open spot in each of the 4 groups. We just returned from Savannah, Georgia for our January live camp and will be in Pennsylvania in May and then upstate New York (near Ithaca) in September.
My process for getting to know people and inviting them to camp is friendly and slow and maybe a bit old fashioned. I'd love to invite you to our free Facebook group, and I'd love to have an initial 30-minute conversation with you. You can ask me questions and I'll get to know you and your business a bit better. Then, we can decide if you want to do an initial business and life growth conversation. If so we will set aside 60 minutes to do that work. At the end of 60 minutes that are absolutely focused on you and are all about service to you, then we can decide if we want to extend our call 30 minutes so that you can learn about the business builder program and decide if you'd like to come to a sample call.

We are all grieving Dan and yet processing feelings of gratitude and as others have said I know he would want us all to continue on the path of living intentionally and sharing the message of optimism with others in our sphere of influence. I look forward to getting to know you a bit better.

To say that I get it is an understatement. I have lived and worked through the good times and bad as a business owner, husband, parent and provider.
I grew up with strong role models who had entrepreneurship running through their blood. I learned from them - the good and the bad. But all of that didn’t stop me from making my own set of mistakes. I still had to make and learn from my own, sometimes catastrophic, errors of judgement.
Now, I am building a business just like you. I am proud of the growth I’ve accomplished within myself and my business. I also know that my growth is a journey, not a destination and that I need mentors, team members, coaches, and trusted friends to help me stay the course.
